On the weekend before the trial began there were world wide protests in support of Bradley Manning. Alexa gives us some idea of their scope and the importance of public participation in raising the visibility of the trial. She explains the focus of the government’s case with a lot of testimony about computer forensics and chain of custody. Alexa explains how they are working to construct a timeline of events to tie Manning to Wikileaks and how the Garani air strikes video is central to the strategy.
