The website 1920.in, developed by a group of Polish programmers known as @squad3o3, allows anyone anywhere in the world to message cellphones and email addresses of random Russian individuals and companies. The name of the group derives from a British air force unit made up of Polish pilots famed for their contribution in the battle against Nazi Germany. The website they created, 1920.in, is a reference to the Soviet-Polish war of 1920 in which outnumbered Polish forces fended off a Soviet invasion.
